This is so easy! Get out a wok, I have a Hex clad and LOVE it! Get it HERE. If you don't have a wok, that's okay, just use a fry pan. I marinated cut up chicken thighs with a Japanese BBQ sauce. Get the sauce HERE. If you can't find the sauce, just use your favorite from the grocery store... Teriyaki would work. Add the chicken to your hot pan, get it hot, then add your veggies, and garlic. I also added left over rice, or you can serve over rice. For veggies, use whatever you have on hand or a frozen bag of stir fry veggies. You could also add bamboo shoots, water chestnuts and ginger. Add what your family likes.
