My husband loves pork sandwiches! Get yourself a pork shoulder. In your crockpot add the pork. Cover with olive oil, salt, pepper, granulated garlic and rosemary and set on low for 7-8 hours. When the roast is done, take the meat out and get rid of bones, and fat. Chop up your meat and season again with salt, pepper, garlic and rosemary. Add back into the juices. Add to your club roll with peppers and provolone! Get the peppers HERE.
